Mecca

She offers her body
Surrendering a promise
Blind submission — faith
Of the human heart.

She closes her eyes
If only for a moment
And breathes in — deeply
And longs for the words of love.

A lover who knows her touch
Who moves parallel with her every need
But who waits endlessly — withholding
And does not smile.

She is hesitant, as she bits her lip
Knowing herself closed off
She feels the echo of her wants — endlessly
Suspended, lingering.

Her hopes hover within a silent bed
Layers of innocence dissolve and fade
With a single surprise caress — soft
As her skin tingles and pulsates.

The room is empty and still
Her fingers glide softly, gently
Her body moves forward— upward
Eager for approval, her own love.
